Sask Valley Oilfield Maintenance Inc. (SVOM) has over 30 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry within Western Canada .


We are locally owned and operated company based out of Dinsmore , Sk. In order to provide services to the west central portion of Saskatchewan . Due to the increasing gas development within west central Saskatchewan , the need for qualified and committed services will be required. The directors of SVOM will ensure that the work completed will be of high quality while maintaining a safe environment.

Sask Valley Oilfield Maintenance Inc. was recently certified under the Alberta Certification of Recognition safety standard and will continually uphold high safety standards required in the oil and gas industry.

 

Sask Valley Oilfield Maintenance Inc. places the safety of their employees and subcontractors as a priority of any contract. This attitude is reinforced by the safety training and emphasis placed on all workers to access, understand and comply with Sask Valley Oilfield Maintenance Inc. corporate safety manual. The safety of the company and all persons connected to the organization is audited annually. The recommendations of an external audit are thoroughly reviewed and implemented by the management of SVOM as soon as possible. SVOM understands safety is a continued learning process and has a policy of full disclosure in the event of ‘near miss’ or accident. The minimum training and certification all employees of SVOM include:

  • First Aid and CPR
  • H2S Alive
  • WHMIS
  • TDG
  • Confined Space Level II

Personal Protective Equipment is provided to all employees and is required to be used during all field activities. The minimum PPE required t be used consists of::

  • CSA Approved hard Hat
  • CSA Approved Eyewear
  • CSA Approved Footwear
  • CSA Approved Fire Resistant Outerwear
  • Personal Atmospheric Monitor for LEL, H2S, Co2 and O2
