W3M Land Management Inc. will provide value added, risk based environmental consulting services to a rapidly expanding sector of the upstream oil and gas industry throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta .
W3M will provide the upstream oil and gas industry services focused towards land reclamation and soil remediation. Services include: initial spill response, lease reclamation, environmental assessments of oilfield properties, pre-site reclamation assessments, pre-site construction assessments, contamination investigations and contamination remediation.
The programs developed by W3M are designed to manage the clients’ environmental liabilities in a cost efficient manner. Maintenance of these programs upholds the clients due diligence obligations to the landowners and the regulators. W3M will provide objective opinions of an environmental issue assigned by the client and provide options to resolve it. Supervision of the selected remedial and reclamation projects and the subsequent monitoring will be carried out in a safe and professional manner.
